At Families Helping Families of Iowa, we pride ourselves on offering families and kiddos a myriad of activities and fun year-round, from fundraising events to celebrations of new school years and holidays! 2nd Annual Taste of the Corridor & Silent Auction

Friday, June 12, 2020 – 6pm to 8pm

Save the date for this amazing annual fundraiser featuring food and drinks from over 20 local restaurants, wineries and breweries! This is our largest fundraiser of the year and also includes a silent auction and live music. Make plans to join us.

Back to School Rally

Saturday, August 8, 2020 – 12 pm to 3 pm

This annual event is free to attend for Iowa’s children in foster care, relative placement or adopted from foster care. Each child attending must be registered online at www.fhfia.org prior to July 31, 2020.

Super Hero Bash

Saturday, October 17, 2020 – 10 am to 12 pm

This event is open to the public. Admission is $5 for all children (3 and up) at the door. Free for adults.

Admission is FREE for foster, relative placement and adopted children. Registration required at www.fhfia.org between 9/1/2020 and 10/10/2020.

Winter Wonderland Holiday Celebration

This annual holiday event is free for children in foster care, relative or other approved placements, those adopted from foster care and other children living in the foster household. Register online at www.fhfia.org beginning Tuesday, December 1, 2020.
